For best facial results, pause any active serums, peels or retinals 5-7 days before your professional facial. Increase your water intake 48 hours before facial if your dehydrated. Avoid excessive alcohol, sun bathing, picking blemishes and exfoliation 48 hours before facial appointment.

Avoid exfoliation and active serums/ products 7 days post facial. Clean makeup brushes and pillowcase. Hydrating serums/vitamin c and SPF recommended in daytime post facial. Evening routine should be hydrating serums, oil serums, moisturizers/balms to keep skin barrier happy and prevent any dryness or skin shedding.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day of massage altogether. Take a bath with high dosage of epsom salts. Drink lemon water hot or cold. Avoid house chores that make you bend over or lean forward and keep your shoulders down away from your ears. Go to bed early, have a sleep tea and a light dinner so your organs don't have to work so hard to digest the food.

Please come with a clean face free of any dead flaking skin cells. Please exfoliate face 24 hours before and moisturize skin as normal. This allows best makeup application. Megan will add product to skin as needed but it will delay the appointment.

If your having trouble deciding which facial to book, my advice is to book a facial with the time you wish and or price and I will consult with you once in the treatment room.

for a minimum of 24-48hrs do not get your eyelashes or eyebrow hairs wet. That includes showering, pool, sauna, steam room and sweating. For maximum lift the hair follicles need to stay dry.

MW SKIN + BODY has a new client intake form as a one off for new clients to fill out. There are intake and consent forms to sign when receiving a facial, massage, lash or brow lift and waxing. For injectables there are separate forms to be filled out in person during time of appointment. Please note email will be coming from LOFT HAIR as we share a booking system.

Everyones time is valuable and a confirmed booking means your agreeing to this appointment. I ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. The booking system sends a email confirming appointment, plus a text 48 hours before confirming 2 days prior. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the appointment if cancelled within 24 hours of the booked and confirmed appointment.

At MW SKIN + BODY you can book a facial and your injectables together on the same day. The facial is performed first followed by the nurse appointment.

You must wait 2 weeks post-neurotoxin injections and micro-needling, and 4 weeks post-dermal filler injections.
