Giving Plenty of Notice
At MW Skin + Body there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. This means that if you cannot make your appointment, you need to notify us at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged full price of your selected service. If you cancel, no-show or change your appointment within 24 hours of your confirmed service, you are responsible for the cost of your session in the form of an invoice. You may send someone else in your place to avoid being charged a cancellation fee!
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you make an appointment we allocate 20 minutes in between appointments to make sure we take care of your needs and see to proper cleaning and sanitizing is done according to health & safety standards.
As a courtesy to you, a text reminder or email is sent 2 days before to confirm all booked appointments outside of the 24 hour time frame, which means if you do need to change a booking you can do so without incurring a fee.
Late Arrivals
Appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, arriving late will constitute a reduced treatment time and will result in customizing your treatment to fit the remaining time available. In most cases the full price will still be charged. Please arrive on time, or call (022 408 9642) if you’re running late.
Payment & Treatment Charges
All prices are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. All treatments and products must be paid for on the day of service or prior. Payment in the form of cash, Eftpos, major credit cards, bank transfer and authentic MW Skin + Body Vouchers are accepted. There is a 2.3% surcharge on cc machine.
Privacy Policy
MW Skin + Body is committed to protecting your privacy and respect the trust you place with me when providing your personal information. I will not sell any information that personally identifies you to any other third-party. If you are listed on the database, there will be exciting promotions and interesting information to ensure you are up to date and don’t miss out on the current offers. Rest assured, there won’t be spam in your email account or congesting your letterbox. The goal is to make everything sent out to you as engaging and relevant as possible.

MW Skin + Body online provides shipping within New Zealand.

The delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Orders sent during public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once orders leave the shop with the courier, we are no longer responsible for late deliveries or items that go missing in transit.
In the event this should occur, please contact the delivery service directly before contacting us.
Please double check your delivery info before placing your order. We want your order to get to you quickly and safely, but we don’t accept responsibility for incorrectly entered customer information. If you have any questions regarding our shipping or return policies, please use our Contact Us form to get in touch.
We don’t accept responsibility for any theft or damage that results from Authority To Leave deliveries, and as such we don’t offer replacements or refunds for loss or damage that occurs as a result.
Deliver Fees
All orders over $250 – FREE DELIVERY.
Deliveries typically occur between 9am – 5pm. If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please double-check your delivery information and email address before placing your order, as MW Skin + Body does not accept responsibility for an incorrect address being entered.
If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, call us immediately on 022 408 9642 so we can aim to amend your details before it is dispatched.
If your order has been processed and is in transit, unfortunately, we are unable to update your details and you will need to refer to our Returns Policy.
Changes To Your Order
In general, we’re unable to make any changes or cancel your MW Skin + Body order once it has been placed. If you have entered incorrect delivery information, see above.
Note. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Refunds & Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for incorrect colour choices or change of mind. To avoid disappointment, we recommend visiting the spa to get colour matched. Call or email Megan Wood to arrange or book a consultation.
If you are not close to MW Skin + Body, or have any other questions regarding shades, ingredients, or how best to apply the product, please contact Megan Wood thru the Contact Form or email megan@mwskinbody.co.nz before placing your order.
When you receive your order, please inspect goods for fault and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note that all return requests must contact megan@mwskinbody.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
We don’t offer any refunds, only exchange or store credit.
Items must be returned to MW Skin + Body within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Items not received in this time frame will not be accepted.
Items must be received in the condition it was sent out in.
It must not be damaged, opened or used.
Items must be returned by tracked postage.
All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
To return an item, contact megan@mwskinbody.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once contact has been made, you will be authorized to return the item.
Our Guarantee
If you have a reaction to a product, or find that product does not work on your skin. Please contact megan@mwskinbody.co.nz within 30 days of purchase, and we will find you an alternative that you love.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers purchased online can be redeemed in-clinic on services offered or product purchases. Gift Vouchers purchased in-clinic on card stock cannot be redeemed online. Black out dates to use vouchers in clinic on services only are December 10th - January 9th. There are no black out dates for product purchases. Online Vouchers can still be used to purchase products online.
